I’m Craig Thomas, Director of EazyHeat. I’ve worked in the heating industry since leaving school, and I’m now 44, so I’ve spent more than 25 years in the trade. I started EazyHeat seven years ago after working with one or two similar companies. During that time, I noticed that the service and communication customers received was often lacking, and I felt we could do better. That was a big part of the reason I decided to start EazyHeat. For me, it’s important that customers feel looked after, not just while we’re carrying out the work, but afterwards too. I want EazyHeat to be a company that people can trust, and one they’re happy to recommend to friends and family.
